Aug 28, 2013 This is a complete list of all regular monsters that possess one or more immunities in Diablo II. Note that Unique Monsters can spawn with modifiers that give them an immunity in addition to the ones listed below, for a total maximum of two immunities. Amplify Damage, a lvl 1 Necromancer Curse. Reduces physical resist. Lowers monster resist. CtC Decrepify / Amplify Damage on merc / switch. Weapons like Lawbringer, Reapers' Toll, Lacerator (?). AD is supposed to break any physical immunity (?). With Decrepify I encountered a unique monster that I wasn't able to break Physical Immunity of so it's not a panacea. My merc currently wears Reaper's Toll with CtC Decrepify. The Necromancer curses Amplify damage and Decrepify can remove physical immunity. All other types of -resist (Facets, Cold Mastery, Griffon's Eye) do NOT have an effect on immune monsters. Also, all the spells mentioned above work at 20% efficiency when dealing with immune monsters. Diablo III Edit. Weaken does return in Diablo III, to a certain extent. However, it is renamed to Curse of Weakness, and it is exclusive to the Enslaved Nightmares. Upon suffering this curse, the victim suffers a 25% penalty to all damage dealt. Decrepify fulfills a similar role in Diablo III. Sep 25, 2011 Stupid physical immune can't be broken with Decrepify or Amplify Damage. Diablo 2 - Necromancer Summoner vs. Uber Tristam (Gameplay) - Duration: 24:02.
